The conference will host over 250 recruiters, HR leaders, HR managers, CEO’s and focus on building knowledge of proven international HR experience and practices.
Confirmed speakers on the day include Margaryta Vykalyuk, Lviv branch manager at Ciklum in Ukraine, who will be discussing “How to start a recruitment process in a new country and successfully retain your company’s identity”, and Daniel Martos, international recruiter at TravelPerk in Spain, who will be speaking about “Search engines and candidate attraction worldwide”.
They will be joined by Vince Szymczak, master of sourcing at Randstad Sourceright in Hungary, who will be focusing on “Surveying recruitment agencies worldwide” and Christian Payne, CEO and owner at Code Resourcing in Denmark, who will talk about the “Criteria for success when relocating, how to best integrate and how to scope out in advance if relocation is really for you”.
Also on the agenda is a session on best practise: “From recruitment to consultant. The best HR consultancy practices”, led by Zoltan Korpas, regional director of clients & markets at CNA International Executive Search in Hungary.
Morten Besshø, HR business partner/professional recruiter and career advisor in Norway will also deliver a talk on, “Who is supposed to listen to what you are going to tell: The Principal Activity of Recruiting”.
Hedi Horvath, global executive search & talent acquisition advisory/partner & co-managing director at TalentSmart Executive Talent Solutions in Hungary rounds up the agenda with her topic: “Are the days of (retained) executive search numbered? If not, how can the executive search profession reinvent itself to remain relevant and competitive?”
Recruitment International’s director, David Head, will deliver a keynote speech with Taisia Mliuzan and Alexandra Gorodova prior to the first speaking session and drinks will be provided following the last session of the day.
