JR Human Resources was set up by Jeanette Ray, who has over 10 years’ experience working in a range of HR roles and in a number of different organisations. Educated to Degree level and fully CIPD qualified, Jeanette recognises the importance of understanding a business in order to deliver professional, relevant, clear advice and support.
With a history of working in the charity, private and public sectors, for small, medium and large organisations, Jeanette’s experience enables her to tailor advice according to the nature of your business, whatever the size and sector in which you operate.
Having worked in regionally aligned roles and based ‘in the field’, Jeanette has worked closely with managers and senior managers / Directors alike, working as a partner on and off site, to devise and implement a range of strategies to improve staff performance and providing the HR tools for businesses to operate successfully.
